Third
year residents have the opportunity to customize their schedules, using
three months of electives to fulfill personal interests in pediatric
medicine.
Three months are spent as ward senior. During these months, senior residents are responsible for overseeing the management of an entire floor team's population of patients.
The emergency department is again revisited for two months as well as two months spent at the GPC.
